Í dag gaf Apple út stóra uppfærslu á iOS, þegar útgáfa 7.1 leit dagsins ljós, en með útgáfunni fylgja einhverjar nýjungar, auk þess sem litlar villur voru lagfærðar.
Stærsta nýjungin er vafalaust stuðningur við CarPlay, sem Apple kynnti í síðustu viku. Meðal annarra nýjunga voru nýjar raddir og meiri stuðningur við Siri og nokkrar nýjungar í iTunes Radio svo fátt eitt sé nefnt.
Uppfærslan er í kringum 214 MB að stærð, og er eins og venjulega fáanleg með því að fara í Settings > General > Software Update.
Við mælum eindregið með því að allir uppfæri í nýjustu útgáfu stýrikerfisins, en um leið bendum við þeim sem hafa framkvæmt jailbreak á tækjum sínum, að þeir geta ekki uppfært beint úr tækjum sínum, og eins að með uppfærslu þá er tækið ekki lengur jailbreak-að.
